MODIFY AN ORDER I JUST PLACED
If you need to modify an order you just placed, please immediately send us an email to support@tangiblehouse.com and include your order number and your change request. Please note that if your order has already shipped, we will not be able to modify your order.

ORDER UPDATES
If you are seeking an update on where your order is, you can visit our Tracking page for updates at TangibleHouse.com/a/tracking. Please allow up to three to five days to begin seeing the first status updates and note that everything you see is what we see also.

ITEM NOT DELIVERED
In rare cases of orders not delivering due to courier issues, please email us so we can get new items delivered to you right away at no extra cost.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Within the U.S. we ship using USPS and we offer two shipping options:

USPS Tracked: Shipping time within 10 - 15 business days
Expedited: Shipping time within 7 to 10 business days

Please note, orders are shipped 1 to 3 days from receiving the order and may be sent in multiple shipments so that the customer receives in stock items sooner. This will be at no extra cost to the customer if the items are sent in a split shipment.

ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
In very rare cases, items arrive damaged or missing items. Please photograph any defects found and email those to support@tangiblehouse.com along with your order number. If you are missing items, please email us first as we may have had to split your order into multiple shipments.

EXCHANGES
Exchanges are applicable in the form of store credit to be applied site wide however you choose, once we have confirmed physical receipt of your qualified returned item(s) you will be issued a gift card to apply online with no restrictions.

RETURNS
Returns (except for personalized products, beauty products, intimates, earrings and any item marked on Sale or final sale) within 30 days after the products are received. Once eligible items are returned, you will be issued store credit in the amount paid for the returned items. Visit our return policy page for full details.

Exchanges and returns are at the expense of the customer, you must provide a tracking number.

Emails will be answered in the order they are received within 24 hours to the very best of our staff's ability.
